How the Ratchet System Works
Trinnovo uses a tiered ratchet commission system. Instead of a flat percentage, you earn progressively higher rates as your quarterly billings increase. Each tier pays a different rate:
Example: If you bill £112,500 in a quarter (UK&I), you earn: £3,000 (first £30k @ 10%) + £3,000 (next £15k @ 20%) + £3,750 (next £15k @ 25%) + £15,750 (remaining £52.5k @ 30%) = £25,500 commission
